Quality Control From the time that your order is entered into our system to the time it ships, our Quality Control system will monitor and document its progress at every critical step. Starting with your initial order every step of the process is checked and documented before the order can move to the next process. Once an assembly is completed it must pass a rigorous test on one of our dedicated test stations to ensure conformance with original manufacturers specifications, this test report is then recorded and saved. The overall result of such a high level of quality control is an out-the-door failure rate of less than .006%. All failures result in a thorough inspection and investigation by our Quality Manager to determine causes.
